Gracetown
For this project, I needed to choose an artist who I connected with, enjoyed, found interesting, or simply wanted to explore. The album and artist I decided to choose was Gracetown by San Cisco because the music and music videos had a lot of energy and personality while the album artwork felt very static and simple. I decided to focus more on elements like kaleidoscope patterns, dirty pour paint patterns and photography for this project because I wanted to physically make all these layers and textures and overall thought it would be a great experience to do so.
